Invitation to Participate in an Open Video Contest

The Middle East Partnership Initiative (MEPI) Regional Office in Abu Dhabi is pleased to announce its first Open Video Contest.  To participate in the contest, submit your own, original video (maximum 60 seconds, in English or Arabic language) by June 7, in which you convey an answer to the following question:

“Why do you think democracy is important for your country?”

The contest is open to nationals of the Gulf countries, Jordan and Yemen, who are between the ages of 18 and 32.  MEPI will select videos for posting on its website and YouTube Channel.  The contestant judged to have submitted the most compelling video will be offered fully-sponsored, professional short-video production training and a package of video production equipment.
 
How to Submit a Video Entry into the Contest:

1) Attach your English or Arabic video (60 seconds or less) in an email, and send it to: MEPIVideoContest@gmail.com
